How do I customize SMS on booking?

When visitors book a time slot with you, by default Sprintful sends a confirmation email with details of the booking. You can optionally configure Sprintful to send SMS notifications as well.

To set up and customize an SMS confirmation to visitors, go to Pages > click on "New Page"  (or edit an existing booking page by clicking on "Edit") > navigate to Notifications, click on "Add New Notification", choose On Booking as the "Trigger", and SMS as the "Notification Type".

If you would like to send additional SMS notifications, click on " Add New Notification", and follow the workflow. A single SMS will deduct a single credit. Credits reset at the beginning of every month. For more information on SMS credits per month, check out our pricing page.
