How do I integrate Microsoft Exchange?

Microsoft Exchange (also known as EWS, or Exchange Web Services), is used for on-premises version of Microsoft Exchange Server. To integrate Sprintful with EWS, you need to find your EWS Endpoint. The sections below help you find your EWS endpoints.

For Windows Outlook users

1. Open Outlook

2. Choose "File" from the top-right corner

3. Under Account Settings, this will indicate your email server's address.

4. For example, if you see https://mail.sprintful.com/owa/mail.com in the result above. Your EWS Endpoint would be https://mail.sprintful.com/ews/exchange.asmx.

For Mac Outlook users

1. Click on "Preferences"

2. Click on " Accounts"

3. Click on " Advanced"

4. Server URL found under Microsoft Exchange > Server.
