SMS Notifications
You can configure Sprintful to send notifications via SMS. These notifications can be triggered on booking, on cancellation, and as reminders before meetings. This feature is only available to users on paid plans. See the Pricing page for details on monthly SMS credits.
SMS via Sprintful
You can choose to send SMS via Sprintful's SMS provider. This option is restricted to certain countries (US, Canada, UK, Singapore, UAE, KSA). A single SMS will deduct a single credit. You can check the number of credits you have by going to Dashboard > Settings, find "SMS Credits Remaining". Credits reset at the beginning of every month. This is available on all paid plans, with each plan having a different number of credits per month.
SMS via Twilio/MessageBird
You can choose to send SMS via your own account at Twilio or MessageBird. This option requires an account in either service provider (we recommend Twilio).
Choosing to do so has many benefits:
- You are not restricted in the number of SMSes you send per month
- You can send using your own dedicated number/caller-ID
- You can monitor SMS logs from Twilio/MessageBird's dashboard
