How to block time slots/days

There are two main ways to block days or time ranges, described below.


Method #1: edit your booking page

Go to Dashboard > Pages, then edit your booking page and navigate to the "Time Slots" view. From there, scroll to "Blocked dates", click on "configure" and specify the dates / time ranges you want to block.

Once done, click "Save" to close the date-block dialog., then navigate to the "Branding" panel, and click "Save" from the bottom of the page. IMPORTANT: simply specifying a date and clicking "Save" will not update your booking page settings. You must navigate to the last step (i.e. "Branding" view), and from there, click on "Save" to commit these changes.


Method #2: add event to your external calendar

If you synced your booking page to an external calendar, like Google/Outlook/EWS, then simply create an event in that external calendar. Make sure to mark the event as "busy".
